defined the fundamental law of electrostatics that taken exactly the
name of Coulomb's law,
second which the attraction force (or repulsion) between loaded
electrical workers is proportional them to the
product of their values
and inversely proportional they to the square of their
distances.
In its honor the name of the
unit of measure was dedicated to it of loads electrical worker.
