from the theories of Franklin, it made an important observation; a
conductor place close to a loaded body (loads electrostatics), but not
in contact with he, manifest he loads electrical worker with
opposite sign to the loaded body in the part nearer to it, and with the
same sign in the farther part. This phenomenon is famous as induction
electrical
